What’s up with me?

Well, I was married on Oct 1st, 2009 to a great guy named John Antony Millan. He’s a sweetheart and I thank God every day for pushing us together from just acquaintances to more. Ok, let me correct that.. God and my mom, who was determined to see us together from the point that I filed for divorce to the day that she invited him to lunch with us and abandoned him at my house… for five hours. Very subtle, mom. Caitlyn is still adjusting to the change. She loves Tony. He is great with her. He’s having to learn that her feelings are very sensitive, but other than that it’s going well. Also, I may be moving from one house in my neighborhood to another. I go to check it out today… we’ll see how dumpy it looks.

What am I up to now?

Well, I am still working for “the man” which equals my dad. I’m enjoying it. I go to a CA conference this weekend. All in all I really enjoy it. I think I will enjoy the chance to take a trip to Target even more. Another thing I am working on is starting up a new business making birth announcements, wedding announcements and holiday cards! I REALLY want to get this off the ground, so wish me luck!

How the heck does a person set up a small business? I love making logos, I love making birth announcements. I love making photo cards in general. I still enjoy digital scrapbooking, obviously, but I would really like to focus on this other aspect. How does one get more “local” I have no issues with working with people all over, but I would love to work with people in this area!

I wish I had some idea on how to get started! Any ideas? I suppose it should start with making a website… hmm, well, this is a website.. I think I have a little idea.. I need more! HOOK ME UP WITH IDEAS PEOPLE!

What have I worked on lately?  Well…

The idea was not an original one.. but it works.  I like mine better, though.
